Description

Albalatin Contracting Company Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager (Saudi National) to lead our Human Resources department at our Jubail Head Office. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and play a strategic role in developing and managing HR operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRDF regulations.
• Oversee contract management, Saudization targets, and employee data management.
• Develop and enforce internal HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit processes.
• Manage HR documentation, audits, and reporting to ensure compliance with management.
• Coordinate with PRO and government agencies for HR-related documentation.

Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory as per Saudization policy)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in the construction or contracting sector)
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor systems and portals (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, HRDF)
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, confidentiality, and decision-making skills
