Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee HR operations across 4 brands & 12 restaurant branches in Riyadh.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Saudi labor laws.
-Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.
-Ensure compliance with GOSI, Muqeem, and Saudi labor regulations.
-Handle payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
-Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
-Oversee training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
-Maintain and update employee records in HR software.
-Coordinate with management to ensure efficient workforce planning.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
-5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
-Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws & HR best practices.
-Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Fluent in English & Arabic (preferred).
-Nationality: Bangladeshi/Indian.
