Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This crucial role is responsible for the full spectrum of HR management for both our expatriate and Bahraini national employees, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will oversee all employee relations, administration, and regulatory compliance, including:
• Expat Visa & Residency Management: Expert coordination and processing of all expatriate visa applications, including specialized filings with LMRA, SIO, and Tamkeen.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to successful onboarding.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll inputs, and administer employee benefits.
• Policy & Employee Relations: Serve as a partner to departments in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and handling employee relations matters.

Requirements
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a hypermarket or retail environment, working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Current experience in Bahrain is essential.

Skills Essential: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Bahrain. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
