Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Drive learning & development programs to enhance workforce capabilities
Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Foster a positive workplace culture and drive HR best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in transportation, Manpower or related industries

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices

Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
