We are a leading Food & Beverage company based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR to join our team.

This individual will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring that our HR operations align with the company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, specifically within the F&B industry.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company goals and the unique needs of the F&B sector.
Manage employee performance, resolve conflicts, and provide coaching and support.
Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and F&B industry-specific regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the F&B industry.
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, as well as HR practices specific to the F&B sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
