Hypermarket company in Bahrain is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Officer!
Key Responsibilities;
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Employee Records, Payroll and Benefits
• HR Administration
• Partner with other departments to develop and implement HR policies and programs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a hypermarket or retail environment experience, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Bahrain.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
