Description
Operate and manage Saudi government platforms and systems, including but not limited to:
Qiwa
GOSI
Muqeem
Absher Business
Mudad
QVP and other related government systems
Maintain and update employee records and files
Handle employee onboarding, contract renewal, transfer, and resignation procedures
Process Iqama renewals, work permits, insurance, and related HR matters
Manage employee contracts and update records in government systems
Coordinate with government authorities regarding HR and labor-related matters
Support daily HR administrative operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR or Saudi government system operations
Familiar with Saudi labor law and HR procedures
Strong knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, and related government platforms
Experience in employee file and document management
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Good communication skills
English required; Arabic is a plus
Ability to independently handle employee renewals, exits, and system procedures
