We need an HR Officer urgently for our main office at Abqaiq.

The HR officer will have to manage all HR related matters and will be managing and executing HR operations through various government portals, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related.
Candidates with 5+ years of strong experience in HR domain.
Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and HR policies.
Fluency in English and Arabic (Written and spoken)
Through knowledge of Saudi labor laws at minimum, regional labor law knowledge would be considered advantageous
Must have Strong knowledge and experience using government portals such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia with a good understanding of labor regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
