Description

We are searching for a professional self-oriented, dependable Female HR Officer to join our growing team.

As and HR Officer, you'll manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. You'll ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate records, and support employee relations. This role is key to our growth, demanding a proactive, detail-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process

Manage HR administration tasks, including onboarding & Offboarding, visa processing, and employee mobility.

Manage employee documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Utilize government portals, including Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS, to manage employee records, work permits, and payroll compliance.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and mediating disputes as necessary

Prepare HR metrics and reports for management review to support strategic decisions

Candidate must meet the below qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations

Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills In English and Arabic

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution

Saudi National/ Arab national

Candidate must haves:

2-5 years of HR experience is necessary to be considered.

Strong Communication skills
