Description
We are seeking a qualified, knowledgeable and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of HR operations and be well-versed in Bahrain’s labor laws and employment regulations.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee records and documentation
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Handle payroll processing and attendance systems
• Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA regulations, Social Insurance (GOSI), and Tamkeen procedures
• Submit and follow up on work permits, visa renewals, and GOSI registrations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment-related legislation
• Handle employee relations and resolve HR issues effectively
• Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of:
o Bahrain Labor Law
o LMRA regulations and procedures
o Tamkeen support programs
o Social Insurance Organization (GOSI) rules
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR or a related field
• Bilingual (English & Arabic)
