Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in managing employee work hour tracking, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and supporting HR operations to maintain smooth organizational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage employee attendance, working hours, and leave records.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll data entry and processing.
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
Maintain HR databases and records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in HR reporting and generate regular analytics on workforce metrics.
Support HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline operational processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, or employee administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Salary: 2,000 – 3,000 (Fixed)
