Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified drivers for our logistics operations.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in multiple languages to effectively engage with a diverse workforce.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment (logistics or transportation industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, and Arabic (mandatory)
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
