Job Description:

​Sharooq Al Jubail is looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Secretary to support our HR department and administrative operations in Jubail.

​Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:

​Administrative Support: Handling daily HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and managing documentation.

​Iqama & Muqeem Management: Assisting with visa processes, Iqama renewals, insurance, and other government-related portals.

​Communication & Coordination: Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and coordinating communication between departments.

​Recruitment Assistance: Scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and managing CV databases.

​Data Management: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for preparing reports, official letters, and employee data management.

​Requirements:

​Proven experience as an HR Secretary, Admin Assistant, or in a similar clerical role.
​Good command of English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
​Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
​Transferable Iqama: Looking for candidates available for Immediate Transfer (Kafala) only.
​Work Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
