A growing and dynamic company with expanding operations in the medical and environmental sectors is seeking a highly skilled HR Senior Level Manager to lead and develop its human resources strategy. This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in HR management and a passion for building high-performing, people-centered organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
• Align HR strategy with overall business goals and support organizational growth.
• Ensure full compliance with Bahrain labor laws and international HR best practices.
• Design and implement scalable HR systems and policies.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior HR role.
• Strong understanding of Bahrain labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in multi-sector or startup environments is an asset.
• Proven leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
