About the Role
As our HR Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, with a particular
focus on critical aspects such as visa processing, issuance, and navigating Saudi immigration
procedures. You will ensure that all HR operations align with company policies and Saudi labor
laws. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of the unique HR
challenges within the manpower supply industry. You will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Visa Management: Oversee the entire visa process for employees, including
applications, issuance, renewals, and ensuring compliance with Saudi immigration
regulations.
• Immigration Support: Act as the primary point of contact for immigration-related
matters, liaising with relevant government bodies and authorities.
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding,
record-keeping, and maintaining employee files.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all Saudi labor laws and company HR policies.
• Employee Relations: Provide support and assistance to employees regarding HR-related
queries and issues.
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process for new hires as needed.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO on HR activities, visa status, and any
immigration-related challenges.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, specifically within the manpower supply
business.
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Saudi visa and immigration procedures.
• Strong understanding of the manpower business and the needs of labor-class workers.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: 3,000 - 4,000 SAR per month
• Allowances: 500 SAR per month (covering food, transport, and other related expenses)
• Accommodation: Provided by the company for one person.
