Rapco Group, a leading construction and contracting company, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic native speaker with strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, HR operations, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Coordinate with government relations and payroll teams on HR-related processes.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles and employee records.
• Support management in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in contracting or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
