Description

Gulfaar Group is looking for an experienced HSE Administrator / Document Controller for a major Saudi Aramco Master Gas Expansion / Oil & Gas EPC Project in Saudi Arabia.

Position: HSE Administrator / Document Controller
Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical / Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HSE-related documents, records, registers and correspondence
• Maintain proper electronic and hard-copy filing systems for HSE documentation
• Prepare, update, track and distribute HSE reports, forms, checklists and inspection records
• Maintain HSE document registers, transmittals, incoming/outgoing correspondence and revision control
• Support preparation of daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports
• Maintain records of safety inspections, observations, incidents, corrective actions and toolbox talks
• Track HSE action items and follow up with responsible personnel for timely closure
• Maintain employee HSE induction, training, certification and competency records
• Maintain records related to PTW, JSA/JHA, risk assessments, inspections and audits
• Coordinate HSE document submissions between HSE, Construction, QA/QC, Engineering and Project Management teams
• Ensure all documents are properly numbered, revised, approved, distributed and archived
• Prepare HSE presentations, statistics, dashboards and project reports as required
• Maintain HSE trackers, databases and registers using MS Excel and other document management systems
• Support internal and client/Aramco HSE audits by ensuring all required records are readily available
• Coordinate with HSE Engineers, Supervisors and Managers for timely submission and updating of documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of project/HSE records
• Perform other HSE administrative and document-control duties assigned by HSE Management

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HSE, Business Administration, Document Control or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HSE Administration / Document Control
Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction / Petrochemical / Industrial Projects
Saudi Aramco project experience is highly preferred
Good knowledge of HSE documentation, records management and document-control procedures
Strong proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with electronic document management systems is an advantage
Good understanding of HSE reports, registers, inspection records and training documentation
Strong coordination, organization and follow-up skills
Good English communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Immediate availability / transferable Iqama is preferred
