We are seeking an experienced Aramco-approved HSE Officer for deployment under an rental arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved HSE plans, client requirements, and safety procedures.

Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and follow up on corrective actions.

Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.

Review risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).

Monitor permit-to-work compliance, PPE usage, and safe working practices.

Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

Support emergency preparedness, drills, and first-aid arrangements.

Maintain HSE records and coordinate with site management and client representatives.

Mandatory Requirements

Saudi Aramco approval as an HSE Officer.

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in Saudi Arabia.

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.

OSH 30-hour certificate.

Knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and industrial site safety practices.

Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Valid Iqama and eligibility for deployment under an Ajeer rental arrangement.
