DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Providing Safety Orientation Training for employees.
 Assist in Project submissions related to HSE documentations like Pre-Qualifications, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and Job Hazard Analysis.
 Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support both the Project and Maintenance departments.
 Maintain related HSE documents and training certifications.
 Preparing applicable HSE reports, QHSE reports for monthly submissions to Main contractors as necessary.
 Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility managements (Camp, Office assets etc.,)
 Promoting incident/ accident prevention for the benefit of the Employer and also for the Employees.
 Preparing Site Specific HSE Plans, specific Emergency Response Procedure for submissions.
 Assist in the development and presentation of HSE training and Fire Mock drills.
 Evaluating job-specific Personal Protective Equipment and providing for the workforce, encouraging safe working practices, and correcting obvious hazards immediately.
 Determining ways of reducing risks while commencing critical tasks in coordination with the Site Manager & Engineer.
 Performing facility HSE inspections (Labor Camps).
 Writing internal Health and Safety policies/strategies
 Performing daily inspections at the deputed site, preparing Work permits, and attending HSE meetings by the Main Contractor/ Client.
 Performing additional duties as assigned by the direct Manager.
 Assisting in project-oriented Audits by the Main Contractor/ Client and compliance reviews.
 Liaising with the Consultant/ Main Contractor’s HSE officials for site mobilization and day-to-day works.
 Maintain records in IMS.
 Maintain and monitor the HSE objective and submit reports.
 To comply with the Quality and HSE standards and to report the concerns in case of any non-compliance of the above standards noticed.
