- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the project site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Serve as a liaison between site management and corporate HR.
