Summary:
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our HR department. The HR Officer will be responsible for tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Support performance management processes
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Familiarity with HR software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Support in performance management processes by monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to managers.
- Assist in training and development initiatives by coordinating training programs and tracking employee training progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support in HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in HR roles, with a focus on Saudi Talent management.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
