We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at a well-established restaurant chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency in using HR software and government platforms, such as:
- GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)
- Mudad (Saudi Ministry of Labor's online platform)
- Qiwa (Saudi Ministry of Labor's platform for managing labor relations)
- Absher (Saudi Ministry of Interior's online platform)
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage HR functions in accordance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Oversee recruitment, payroll, attendance, benefits, contracts, visas, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide support for employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with management to conduct performance evaluations and develop strategies for improvement
