We are Hiring! HVAC Technician – Facilities Management (KSA)

Are you an expert in HVAC PPM and maintenance? We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at GMG to oversee the operational excellence of our diverse portfolio, including 120+ retail stores, warehouses, and office buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Precision PPM: Manage AHUs, FCUs, package units, ducted splits, and VRF systems.
Drive Reliability: Perform high-quality PPM to achieve “0” reactive maintenance.
Technical Mastery: Full-spectrum knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain strict documentation standards for maintenance verification & audit functions.
Efficiency Leader: Support energy optimization initiatives, RCM, and sustainability methods to maximize cost reduction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and safety compliance.
Ability to manage multi-site maintenance across various locations.
Technical degree/diploma in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering or a proven track record of experience.
A transferable Iqama & Driving license is a must (Required for KSA-based candidates).
