Hydro Jetting Supervisor

A Hydro Jetting Supervisor oversees high-pressure water cleaning operations, managing crews, equipment, and safety compliance in industrial, oil & gas, or shutdown environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily hydro jetting operations
• Ensure strict safety compliance (PPE, confined space, Toolbox Talks)
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians
• Maintain quality standards as per client requirements
• Handle job documentation and reports

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in industrial hydro jetting (Oil & Gas shutdown preferred)
• Strong knowledge of high-pressure pumps and accessories
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with PTW systems
• Good English communication skills and GCC refinery experience

Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Industrial Maintenance

Salary: 7,500 – 8,500 SAR (South African / Asian candidates)
