Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented ID Issuer/Access Controller with 5+ years of experience to manage site access control operations.

The role involves issuing identification cards, monitoring entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, and ensuring strict compliance with site security and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Issue and manage ID cards and access permits for employees, contractors, and visitors
Control and monitor site access for workers, vehicles, and visitors
Maintain accurate records of entry and exit logs
Verify identities and ensure only authorized personnel access the site
Coordinate with security teams and site management for access approvals
Manage visitor registration and clearance procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security regulations
Monitor and report any unauthorized access or security incidents
Maintain database of personnel, vehicle permits, and access credentials
Assist in implementing and maintaining access control systems
Support audits and inspections related to site security and access control

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in access control, security, or site administration
Experience working on construction or infrastructure project sites
Familiarity with ID/access control systems and security procedures
Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems)
