Description
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics with, 5–7 years of hands-on Deployment experience of Huawei Wireless & Microwave Domain.
Strong experience in Huawei 4G/5G, BTS, MW, Fiber and site activities
Strong troubleshooting and alarm-handling experience
Team management and field team coordination skills are mandatory
Ability to manage field teams, assign daily activities and monitor productivity
Able to coordinate with customer/Huawei teams and close site issues
Must be capable of managing QC closure and ensuring site quality requirements are completed
Good reporting and communication skills
Valid KSA Driving License preferred.
COMMON REQUIREMENTS
Must be currently inside KSA
Valid Transferable Iqama required
Huawei experience is mandatory
Available for immediate joining
Good communication and teamwork
Strong commitment to HSE and site safety
