Description

Job description:

• MIRO Entries (Local, Import & In-Housing packing).
• Prepare clearing expenses for import shipments.
• Arranging the nomination of shipping line.
• Organizing shipping line, customs & duty payment of import shipments.
• Review and verify the draft import documents before the shipment arrives.
• Insurance working monthly basis for all import shipments.
• Providing HS Codes to the Supplier, clearing agent and sales team.
• Prepare and handover import documents to the clearing agent and track shipments until clearance.
• Arranging freight (Air, Sea and Road).
• Verification of clearing agent invoices / documents.
• Ensure reconciliation of import supplier accounts before submitting for payment.
• Communication with Ministry of Finance on Excise Taxable items.
• A&P price working for in-house Pvt. Label & A&P allocation/entry of import vendors.
• Inter-company year-end reconciliation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in import coordination or logistics within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures, import regulations, and incoterms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
