Description
We are a Recruitment Office based in Bahrain, looking for a result-oriented and experienced Indian Recruiter.
Requirements:
Experience in sourcing and gathering blue-collar candidates for Gulf countries.
Must be fluent in Hindi, English and Email communication.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, interviews, and coordination with candidates and companies.
Responsible, professional, and confidential approach is a must.
Knowledge of additional Indian languages (Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi, Bengali, etc.) is an advantage.
