We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Indian Female Spa Therapist to join our esteemed wellness team. This role requires a professional, compassionate, and highly skilled individual who can perform a wide range of therapies while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for wellness, and a commitment to providing personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Treatment Delivery:

o Perform a comprehensive range of spa treatments including but not limited to various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Balinese), facials, body wraps, scrubs, and other specialized therapies offered by the spa.
o Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, identify contraindications, and customize treatments to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
o Provide expert advice on suitable products and post-treatment care.
o Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

• Guest Experience:

o Create a serene, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
o Ensure all guests receive personalized and attentive service from arrival to departure within the spa.
o Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to the Spa Manager when necessary.
o Uphold the resort's 5-star service standards at all times.

• Operational Excellence:

o Prepare treatment rooms diligently before and after each service, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup according to spa standards.
o Ensure all equipment is functional, clean, and sterilized, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
o Manage spa linen, products, and supplies efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring adequate stock levels.
o Actively promote and up-sell spa treatments, products, and packages.
o Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
