Description
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and persuasive "Indoor Sales Representative" to manage our showroom sales and support our walk-in clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in the showroom/office and assist them in selecting products.
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.
Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized sales environment and update customer records.
