Description

We are looking for Information Desk Officer who will do the following roles
Passenger Assistance
Respond to inquiries about flight schedules, gates, delays, and terminal services

Provide directions within the airport (e.g., immigration, baggage claim, check-in counters, restrooms)

Assist travelers with connecting flights, terminal transfers, or missed flights

Flight & Facility Information
Monitor flight information display systems (FIDS)

Announce flight updates, delays, gate changes when required

Provide information on lounges, baggage wrapping, currency exchange, restaurants, prayer rooms, etc.

Lost & Found Support
Guide passengers on how to report or retrieve lost items

Coordinate with the airport’s lost and found department

Maintain records/logs of inquiries related to lost property

Emergency & Special Situations
Direct passengers during emergencies, delays, or evacuations

Communicate airport procedures during disruptions calmly and clearly

Assist persons with reduced mobility (PRMs), elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors (UMs), or VIPs

Communication & Coordination
Liaise with airline staff, ground handlers, and airport security for updates or special requests

Answer telephone and walk-in inquiries

Maintain a helpful, approachable, and professional tone at all times

Multilingual Support (if applicable)
Communicate with passengers in English (mandatory)

Use additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Russian, etc.) if spoken
