We are urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping/Inpatient Service coordinator to join a hospital team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and Infection Control (NHRA/JCI)
• Daily IP Rooms inspection before admission and after discharge and patient feedback
• Patient Feedback: Collect IP patient feedback, ensure patient comfort and satisfaction
• OPD Rounds: Conduct regular rounds in OPD, waiting areas, consultation rooms to ensure cleanliness and Patient Comfort
• Linen Management: Supervise collection, segregation, counting, distributions of Linens and manage inventory.
• Ensure proper use and availability of cleaning materials, equipment and consumables

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospital housekeeping or healthcare facilities.
• Good knowledge of hospital cleaning, hygiene, and infection control standard.
• Team Handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage team effectively.
• Good command of English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or vocational training in hospitality is preferable.
