We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Electrical Maintenance & Installation Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Gas-Insulated Substation (GIS) systems, including installation, testing, and maintenance of high-voltage equipment (0.415kV to 400kV).

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of GIS switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, busbars, CTs, PTs, Battery and Battery Chargers.
• Routine & Preventive Maintenance of GIS, ensuring SF₆ gas pressure and insulation integrity.
• Perform SF₆ gas filling, vacuuming, leak detection, and moisture level testing.
• Troubleshoot and repair GIS circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches and all electrical circuits.
• Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, PPE, arc flash protection, grounding procedures).
• Collaborate with engineers & project teams for successful substation installation and commissioning.
