We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Interface Manager to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Availability: Immediate / As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all project interfaces between engineering disciplines (Civil, Structural, MEP)
• Develop and maintain interface registers and track interface issues through to closure
• Coordinate between client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure alignment between design, construction, and project schedules
• Lead interface coordination meetings and resolve conflicts proactively
• Work closely with planning teams using tools like Primavera P6
• Support BIM coordination using Navisworks and Autodesk Revit

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Master’s degree or certification in Project Management is a plus
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable

Experience:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction or engineering projects
• At least 10 years in interface management or coordination roles
• Strong experience in multi-disciplinary coordination and large-scale projects
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple interfaces simultaneously
