We are looking for a dedicated Interior Design Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and deliver a structured, industry focused training program aligned with modern interior design standards.

Interior Design Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, in person training sessions aligned with the Interior Design Program roadmap.
• Structure and conduct training across all program phases (Foundation to Portfolio Development).
• Provide practical, real world instruction in interior design concepts, space planning, and design execution.

• Train students in:
– Interior design fundamentals, design principles, and color theory.
– Space planning, layout development, and functional design.
– Mood boards, material selection, finishes, and furniture selection.
– AutoCAD drafting, SketchUp modeling, and 3D visualization.
– Client communication, design presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct real life simulations, case studies, and project based learning.
• Guide students through hands on design projects and portfolio development.
• Mentor students throughout the program to ensure they become ready design professionals.
• Support students in CV building, interview preparation, and career readiness.
• Ensure training delivery meets industry standards and modern design practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture firms.
• Proven experience (1–2+ years) as a trainer, instructor, or mentor.
• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, tools, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and related design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver structured, engaging, and practical training sessions.
• Strong command of English.
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh.
