Requirements:
Manage a team of interior designers.
Develop specializations to suit key clients.
Ensure quality work and monitor project progress.
Have 5 years of experience in interior design, including 2 years in a design manager role.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
