Job responsibilities

"Responsible for Team's receiving International orders in system and documents verification

Responsible for segregation, sorting of orders at the country level

Conducting Physical Inspection as per IL SOP per country level and ensuring the team is following the same

Responsible for Security pass or fail of his team's work

Responsible for team's processing International orders in the system country level

Responsible for Outbound on time as per the cut off of vendors etc

Collecting data from team members for Invoice, Packing List and Delivery Advice and other docs

Informing destination's required docs to AM and other stakeholders

Providing SKU level packed boxes information to Supervisor and other stakeholders

Arranging transportation, checking Gate Pass, archiving all documents

Checking and forwarding documents to clearing agents for customs inspection in JAFZA

Sending Pre-Alert details to internal colleagues, agents

Responsible for IL warehouse Inventory and Accuracy Discrepancy Reporting"
