Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Assistant with expertise in Odoo ERP to manage and optimize our inventory operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, processing transactions, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations using Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using Odoo ERP to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Perform regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and stock transfers in Odoo ERP.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports (stock movement, aging, turnover) for management review.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records and system data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in inventory management.
• Assist in implementing improvements in inventory processes using Odoo ERP functionalities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for auditing purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) with transferability.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven expertise in Odoo ERP (Inventory, Warehouse, and Purchase modules).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles (FIFO, LIFO, stock valuation).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data analysis) and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in inventory management or Odoo ERP is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
