Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Associate located in , Saudi Arabia.

Reconcile physical stock with system balances.

Investigate and adjust discrepancies based on approval.

Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders.

Check quantities, quality, expiry dates, and product condition.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

Maintain updated stock cards / system entries.

Prepare daily consumption reports.

Submit monthly inventory variance reports.

Track wastage, damaged, and returned items.

Follow company policies and internal control procedures.

Monitor and record wastage with reason.

Assist in internal and external audits.

Provide documentation, reports, and explanations.

Enter Invoices in Financial system.

Make vendor account reconciliation and update the payment schedule.

Qualifications

Experience with Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
Strong Communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with inventory management software Foodics is a plus
Bachlor degree in Accounts further education or certifications in relevant fields are advantageous.
Accounting background is an advantage
