Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, manage, and reconcile stock across multiple locations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory transactions with warehouse and production teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with the accounts department to align physical inventory with financial records.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports for internal departments.
• Support procurement planning by providing accurate stock data and consumption trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations in all inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a food or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO methods, costing, and stock valuation is a plus.
