Role Description

The IT Account Manager will lead the implementation of tailored IT solutions while fostering strategic relationships with clients to meet their unique needs. This role will oversee the seamless integration of IT systems and service delivery, providing strategic insights to enhance operational efficiencies. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the IT Account Manager will lead transformative projects, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and negotiate contracts to maximize value.

Qualifications
Bachelor's in Information Technology or any related specialties

Experience
Experience required: 3 - 5 years in the Saudi market (Same or similar occupation)

Strong knowledge of networking
Proficiency in AI
Expertise in digital transformation (DT)
Knowledge of system integration
Experience in managing services
Excellent communication skills
Additional recommended qualifications: PMP, ITIL, VCP, SAP
