We are seeking an experienced and proactive Information Technology Administrator to oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations of all IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, system administration, and helpdesk support.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Systems Management:

Manage Oracle NetSuite users and roles permissions.

Administer Microsoft 365 accounts for all users.

Manage domain registrations and settings on platforms like GoDaddy and Hawsabah.

Communication Systems Management:

Oversee the Key Time centralized landline system.

Manage Grandstream phone systems and office central printers.

Asset Management and Procurement:

Maintain an inventory of IT assets.

Handle procurement of IT assets and ensure timely upgrades and replacements.

Employee Onboarding and Support:

Set up and configure IT systems for new employees during the onboarding process.

Act as the primary helpdesk support for employees, addressing IT-related requests and troubleshooting issues.

Client Support:

Set up and configure Precor machines at client locations, ensuring proper integration and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong knowledge of networking principles and system administration.

Proficient in helpdesk operations and providing technical support.

Hands-on experience with IT systems like Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft 365, and domain management platforms (GoDaddy, Hawsabah).

Familiarity with communication systems such as centralized landlines and VoIP (e.g., Grandstream).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with IT asset management and procurement.

Experience with fitness equipment setup and configuration, especially Precor machines.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 5,000-7,000 SAR full package – based on experience.
