Description
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting and implementation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in LS Retail
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex Business Central projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Proficient in using development tools and languages associated with Business Central
• Working Knowledge of SQL Database,
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers on time.
• Oversees all help desk activities at the regional level.
• Responds to escalated help desk issues.
