We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Technician with expertise in computer hardware, sound systems, and satellite equipment. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining IT and audio-visual systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, servers, and printers
Set up and maintain sound systems, amplifiers, microphones, and audio-visual equipment
Install and troubleshoot satellite receivers, dish antennas, and related communication systems
Ensure proper cabling, wiring, and connectivity for IT, audio, and satellite systems
Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security checks
Assist in data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity best practices
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Hardware Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
Experience with audio systems, speakers, mixers, and amplifiers
Ability to install and troubleshoot satellite receivers, dish setups, and signal issues
Familiarity with cabling, wiring, and connectivity troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
