Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on IT support experience, and must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking issues.
Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
Maintain IT documentation and update support logs and system records.
Assist in IT system upgrades, maintenance, and security updates.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and system installations.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Experience using IT ticketing systems.
