About Role:
The IT Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and systems, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
Lead IT support and technical teams to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security controls.
Plan system upgrades, improvements, and technology initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure service quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience, with managerial responsibility.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
