Description
We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on IT Manager who can manage our complete IT environment while also developing and implementing technology solutions based on actual business requirements.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ERP, POS, databases, networking, hardware/software, CCTV systems, reporting, data analysis, custom software, mobile applications, integrations, and IT infrastructure across our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support the company’s ERP, POS systems, databases, integrations, and related business applications.
• Manage computers, servers, printers, POS terminals, barcode devices, networking equipment, and other IT hardware/software.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, internet connectivity, and branch-to-branch networking.
• Manage and troubleshoot CCTV / IP camera systems, NVR/DVR systems, remote camera monitoring, recording, storage, and connectivity across branches.
• Ensure management has reliable remote access to branch camera monitoring systems when required.
• Support ERP customization, database management, API integrations, automation, and system troubleshooting.
• Develop or coordinate custom software solutions based on operational and business requirements.
• Develop, customize, or support mobile applications, web applications, internal tools, and business workflow applications.
• Translate business requirements from Operations, Finance, Purchasing, HR, Warehouse, and Management into practical IT solutions.
• Create business analysis reports, management reports, operational dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical reports for decision-making.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting using Python, SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Automate repetitive reporting and operational processes wherever technically practical.
• Manage databases, system backups, disaster recovery, cybersecurity controls, access rights, and user permissions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across all supermarket branches.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, software developers, internet providers, CCTV suppliers, and other technology vendors.
• Maintain complete IT documentation, system configurations, credentials control, backup procedures, and asset records.
• Recommend new technologies and IT solutions that improve productivity, cost control, operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and management visibility.

Qualification & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in IT, ERP management, software development, or systems administration.
• Experience in supermarkets, retail, FMCG, warehouses, or multi-branch businesses is highly preferred.
• Candidate should be capable of independently handling both IT infrastructure and software/application requirements.
• Must have good problem-solving ability and be capable of understanding business problems and converting them into practical IT solutions.
• Preferred age: below 35 years.
Salary & Employment Terms
Salary: SAR 3,500–4,000 per month, depending on experience, technical capability, and performance.
Work Location: Buraidah City, Al Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia
• Candidate should preferably be currently available in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to and work in Buraidah, Al Qassim if currently residing in another city.
• Transfer of sponsorship will be considered after successful completion of the probationary period, subject to company policy and performance.
