A reputable company is seeking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the company’s IT systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees for computer hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems.

Set up and maintain email accounts and user access permissions.

Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.

Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Previous IT support experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware.

Basic understanding of networking, printers, and troubleshooting.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, are an advantage.
