Gulfaar Group is hiring an experienced Journey Management Coordinator (JMC) for a long-term Oil & Gas/EPC project in Saudi Arabia.

Position:

Journey Management Coordinator (JMC)

Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Journey Management Coordinator, Fleet Coordinator, or Transportation Coordinator.
Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Pipeline, Infrastructure, or Construction projects.
Saudi Aramco project experience is highly preferred.
Sound knowledge of Journey Management System (JMS), vehicle movement control, trip planning, and HSE requirements.
Experience in GPS vehicle tracking, fleet coordination, and emergency response procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily vehicle and personnel movements.
Monitor journey plans and ensure compliance with client HSE requirements.
Track vehicle movements and respond to emergencies.
Maintain journey records and prepare daily reports.
Coordinate with Operations, HSE, Logistics, and Project teams.
