Description
Roles and Responsibilities-
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and general ledger activities.
• Support month-end closing by preparing journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Book supplier invoices in the accounting system accurately.
• Ensure invoices comply with VAT and company documentation requirements.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate and resolve variances promptly.
• Preparing and booking of monthly accruals.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain correct and timely tax invoices.
• Payment processing and ensure payments are made as per agreed terms.
• Perform basic reconciliations of vendor accounts, bank statements, P&L and balance sheet items.
• Monthly review of all the TBs (Trial Balances) for the business and ensuring that all the necessary entries have been booked, i.e., revenues, accruals, etc.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Lending hand to the finance team with regard to other financial reporting and statutory audit activities.
Qualifications-
• 0 – 2 years of relevant experience (Fresher)
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
• Sharp time management skills.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic is a must).

Salary range-
4000 SAR - 5000 SAR (Total)
