Description

​Roles and Responsibilities-

​• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and general ledger activities.
​• Support month-end closing by preparing journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations.
​• Book supplier invoices in the accounting system accurately.
​• Ensure invoices comply with VAT and company documentation requirements.
​• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate and resolve variances promptly.
​• Preparing and booking of monthly accruals.
​• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain correct and timely tax invoices.
​• Payment processing and ensure payments are made as per agreed terms.
​• Perform basic reconciliations of vendor accounts, bank statements, P&L and balance sheet items.
​• Monthly review of all the TBs (Trial Balances) for the business and ensuring that all the necessary entries have been booked, i.e., revenues, accruals, etc.
​• Assist in preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.
​• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA).
​• Lending hand to the finance team with regard to other financial reporting and statutory audit activities.

​Qualifications-

​• 0 – 2 years of relevant experience (Fresher)
​• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
​• Advanced MS Excel skills.
​• Knowledge of financial regulations.
​• Sharp time management skills.
​• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
​• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
​• Fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic is a must).

Salary range-
4000 SAR - 5000 SAR (Total)
