We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.

Candidates with recruitment experience and a passion for human resources are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

Post vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain interview schedules.

Support onboarding activities, including document collection and employee orientation.

Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation.
Support attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain labor regulations.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience.

Experience posting jobs and sourcing candidates through

Indeed or other online job portals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Must be locally available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Basic knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
